📅 Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will incur a $50 fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and respects both your time and mine.

📨 How to Cancel or Reschedule
To make a change to your appointment, please email me at cassiecushman@refinedwellnessrd.com or use the confirmation link provided by my online scheduling platform.

💳 Payment & No-Show Fees
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment. The $50 late cancellation or no-show fee will be charged to the card on file within 24 hours of a missed or late-canceled session.
